Post-Acute Medical Care
We facilitate a safe environment for patients to recover and heal from injuries or illness. Patients are housed, provided daily meals and equipped with 24 hours support staff.
Transitional Housing Services
At Get Well Soon we offer a 30-bed home with a variety of room sizes & accommodations to ensure we cover all your necessary needs. We can provide scheduled transportation to social security Appointments & can facilitate home health care if necessary. We have 24-hour security to give you the peace of mind you need to rest & recover safely.
